Learn how to cook genuine Italian food yourself and impress your friends and family at home. Italian Chef Paulo Ascani shares his cooking skills and techniques on a fun filled afternoon.

After the class you and your fellow chefs enjoy a 3-course menu accompanied by Italian wines. Chef Paulo and Executive Chef Thomas Laberer will share their culinary adventures during the dinner and hand out your recipe booklet.
